Our package essentials are shipped twice a week with an expected 2-3 day delivery time to any NYS DOCCS Facility once shipped. Some delays may occur based on the availability of certain brand items including size, color, style or carrier backups. In certain instances advertised brands may be discontinued or out of stock at the time your order is placed. In these uncommon cases CIG Essentials will replace an out of stock or discontinued product with an item of equal or greater value at the company’s expense in order to complete your package for delivery. Substituted items will be clearly noted on the order receipt and included in your package.
