When We Ship

Our shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays of every week.

Orders placed on Sunday through Tuesday before 10 am will ship the same week for delivery.

Orders placed after 10 am on Tuesday will ship the following business week for delivery that same week. Orders placed after the 27th of each month will be scheduled to ship the next month.

All of the New York State correctional facilities we ship to take 1 - 3 business days to arrive ONCE SHIPPED. We also take into account the additional time the package room may take to process, and release your package once it has arrived at the facility. Many of the items we ship are perishable, such as meats, cheeses, and vegetables, which are temperature sensitive, and deserve special care when shipping. Our shipping days ensure that your package will arrive at the facility on a normal business day, and it will not be waiting in the package room. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHEN THE PACKAGE ROOM WILL RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.  If your order is awaiting I or 2 items to be complete (not missing any items), we may hold your package until the next shipping day to complete your order. If your package does not contain all items on your purchase sheet on the last shipping day, we will ship your order containing all available items and issue a refund for any out-of-stock items.

If your packaging is missing items once it arrives at the facility, we will require a package issuance form (#4002, "PACKAGE RECEIPT") detailing all items received. Packages that are found to have missing items will be refunded by way of account credits.

Because some of the clothing items we offer ship directly from the manufacturer, packages that contain clothing items as well as perishable food items may arrive separately (the food may arrive separately from the clothing). We do this to prevent damage to clothing in the event of food spills or spoilage. We are also able to offer the best price on clothing by shipping directly from the manufacturer.
