All Food Products

As per Directive #4911 inmates may receive three packages a month containing food items for a total combined weight of 40 pounds. This 40 pound limit includes food packages received through the mail and from visits. Only food weight is the weight included in the 40 lbs. restriction all other non-food items are not included although some restrictions may apply due to facility procedure. Before you place your order please check with the facility to ensure that the inmate is able to receive packages. Please refer to directive #4911, or contact the facility before placing your order to make sure your order meets the specific weight limit and shipping requirements.

Our package essentials are shipped twice a week with an expected 2-3 day delivery time to any NYS DOCCS Facility once shipped, however, some delays may occur based on the availability of certain brand items or carrier backups. In certain instances advertised brands may be discontinued or out of stock at the time your order is placed. In these uncommon cases CIG Essentials reserves the right to replace an out of stock or discontinued product with an item of equal or greater value at the company’s expense in order to complete your package for delivery. Substituted items will be clearly noted on the order receipt and included in your package***
